The breakfast was good and we got to choose from various options which was nice. the location was also convenient as it was close to the main attractions and shops. We also appreciated the friendly and polite staff who were always ready to help.
Our Christmas experience wasn't as magical as we had hoped as the decorations were a bit lackluster. Our room was also a bit small and didn't have enough space for all of our luggage.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the rooms are clean, comfortable, with a TV, and the bathroom is spotless. the service is friendly and approachable. They offered a delicious continental breakfast with various options. Not to mention the lovely garden view from some of the rooms.
Smoking guests outside around the garden could bother non-smokers.

The price was definitely a positive aspect of our stay. The low cost included a basic room with a few amenities. the breakfast was somewhat decent and edible. The location was also quite convenient because it was close to some attractions we wanted to visit.
The hotel had some serious downsides. We had to wait for over half-an-hour in the lobby just to check in.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy, featuring comfy beds and a TV. Additionally, the hotel facilities were amazing, with a children's playground downstairs that my little ones adored. Finally, the staff were helpful and friendly.
Nothing that I didn't like about the hotel or this city. it was a great experience.
